Cosmo Couture is an event created as fundraiser to My Sister's Place. It happens yearly, and it is organized by IIDA Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

Every year, a different theme is selected. Architects and interior designers partner with manufacturing companies to create a garments inspired by the theme, using materials that are typically used to construction.
